Important Immunization Information
The Ohio Department of Health requires that students receive certain immunizations BEFORE entering school in the fall. Parents/guardians must provide proof of immunizations. Students not in compliance with this law will be excluded from school in the fall.
- For incoming Kindergartners: Several immunizations. See complete list.
- For incoming 7th graders: Tdap and Meningitis
- For Incoming 12th graders: A second Meningitis immunization

Vaccination Clinic Cancelled
The 7th and 12th grade Vaccination Clinic previously scheduled for Friday, 3/13/26 has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict. We are in the process of trying to reschedule. Please check back for additional updates.
