The New Miami Board of Education meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. in the high school media center, unless otherwise noted.

OSBA Capital Conference

Fall SW Regional Conference

Members and Administrators from the New Miami Local School Board participated in the Ohio School Boards Association Southwest Regional Fall Awards Banquet. Board Vice-President Mr. Randy Cook and Board Member Mr. Daniel Marcum received the OSBA STAR Aptitude Award, recognizing their dedication and commitment to exemplary board membership. Additionally, Mr. Marcum was reappointed as the New Miami Representative for the Southwest Regional Committee.

Scholarship Fund

Donor Bobby Rice, 1982 Graduate of New Miami Local Schools, presented his annual donation to the New Miami Local School Board for the Bobby Rice Scholarship fund.

2025 OSBA Southwest Region Fall Conference

New Miami School Board members Ms. Benson, Ms. Davidson, and Mr. Cook attended the Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) Southwest Region meeting in Wilmington, Ohio on Thursday, October 9th.

Gold Level AwardThe New Miami Board of Education was once again a recipient of the OSBA Gold Level Effective School Board Award at the Southwest Region OSBA Spring Conference, held Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the Green County Career Center. Mr. Roy Chapman was recognized as a 10-year Veteran Board Member and Mr. Daniel Marcum received The OSBA Star Training Award. Congratulations to the New Miami School Board for all their hard work on behalf of our students and staff.
